The music video is an art form that is far from the stagnation found on mainstream channels, and is often a source of inspiration for many artists. The music videos in this program showcase the freshness of creativity percolating across the independent landscape. Featured videos include Peacebone by Animal Collective; Sleep Tonight by Stars; Aluminum or Glass by Negativland and Tim Maloney; Atlas by Battles; Butterfingers (feat. Fujiya & Miyagi) by Bomb the Bass, and many others. The AAFF is proud to present these works in conjunction with Ghostly International as part of the UMMA’s public re-opening celebration.
